Who can become a volunteer?

YOU CAN: If you have a few hours spare per week, or per month, you could be one of our volunteers. You must have access to a car and live in either the Danbury, Bicknacre, Little Baddow, Woodham Mortimer or Woodham Walter areas.

We are particularly short of volunteers who can cover weekdays.

ARE YOU RETIRED, FIT and willing to join us?

or

DO YOU RUN A BUSINESS FROM HOME or CAN YOU RELEASE A MEMBER OF STAFF to save a life?

or

ARE YOU AT HOME DURING THE DAY AND WONDERING WHAT TO DO?

WE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU NOW!

If you would like to know more or are interested in joining please contact the group co-ordinator, Gordon Wren with your details and he will let you know the date of the next training session. If you live outside the Danbury or surrounding areas, but would like to join a local responder group, send your details to Gordon and they will be forwarded the group covering that area.

It is our aim to have sufficient volunteers to offer the residents of Danbury, Bicknacre and Little Baddow, Woodham Mortimer and Woodham Walter  24 hour cover, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

If you run a society or community group and would like Gordon or one of our volunteers to give a talk or presentation, please contact us.
